The Spectrum of Health with Dr. Christine Schaffner

Nov 24, 2021

Having small amounts of some heavy metals, such as iron and zinc, is essential for our health. However, having large amounts of heavy metals can be toxic to the body as well as our environment.

We are bombarded by different types of toxins, each and every day. Toxins saturate our water supply and can be found in our homes and workplaces. This has become an unfortunate reality of modern life.

So, how do we get rid of them?

In today’s episode, Doctor Christine Schaffner talks with Michael Fessler about detoxing our bodies since our home and/or work environments are full of toxic materials. Michael shares about how to get to the root of our health issues and make detoxing part of our everyday life.

Michael has an extensive background in science and engineering with a focus on creating healthy manufacturing and work areas. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Long Beach State University.

Concern with the environmental impact of toxic materials in the workplace led him to start a contracting business that specialized in detoxifying both commercial and residential properties. His firm also handled remodeling projects for people with chemical sensitivities.

Following a move to the Pacific Northwest, his background has proven invaluable in developing safe manufacturing processes and pure ingredient formulas for Herbalix Restoratives body, hair, and skincare products.
